Allie and Julie both grew up in Evanston, attending King Lab and then graduating from ETHS. They both started their own real estate careers and decided to combine their expertise in 2019.

Allie’s 25 years of real estate experience, coupled with her energy and enthusiasm are the ideal combination to help clients realize their vision. She has shown an unwavering commitment to the Evanston community through her active involvement in organizations such as Curt's Café, the McGaw YMCA, Evanston Chamber of Commerce, Y.O.U., and Reba Place Development Corporation.

Julie is known for her ability to quickly connect with her clients and form strong bonds that last long after the real estate transaction is completed. She began her career in real estate after a move to Arizona in 2000. She went on to become one of the top producers in the Scottsdale area, adding staging, rehabbing and new construction to the mix of her experience. She moved back to Evanston in 2007 and continued her work in the real estate industry while reconnecting with her Evanston roots.

Together they formed the Allie + Julie Team to bring you the best possible real estate experience.
